AST2020 offers a range of Delegate Packages to suit your budget and attendance preferences.

Rates are available for Members of the joint meeting organisations – IAT, LASA & LAVA

The Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday 26th March. Tickets are bookable separately during the registration process priced £70.

Our best value package is Full Attendance which includes:

​

  • Full access to our scientific sessions

  • Access to the largest UK Trade Exhibition from Tuesday evening until Thursday afternoon

  • Lunch on Wednesday & Thursday

  • Dinner on Tuesday*

  • Morning and afternoon refreshments, for the duration of the conference

  • Full delegate pack including name badge, handbook, AST2020 App, notebook and other associated materials

  • Full social programme

*No arrangements have been made for dinner or entertainment on Wednesday evening.  Delegates will be able to make their own arrangements for this evening.
